Since they were coming to town for cousin Jessica's wedding, I met Mom and Dad at Long John Silvers in El Dorado to guide them to the new Dan Busenitz farm, so they could see it for the first time. I had the opportunity to update a few of the photos while I was there...this is now the office/music room.
You might not be able to tell, but this bathroom underwent an enormous transformation...
hint- there was black and brown shag carpet up one wall with gold-etched 12"x12" mirror tiles glued on top of it. The sink, tile, tub, etc were gold... Dan and Chris did some amazing updating. (disregard grandpa's reflection from the kitchen)
The Floras spent the whole day at Dan and Rebecca's last week and they "glazed" the walls in the living room. It brought out the texture, and added a really nice touch.

It was just the right color to hang a set of antlers! The living room and dining room are combined, so it was a rather large room to work on. The results were worth all of the work. The kitchen is coming together as well. Dan built in their new microwave and stove. He really did a nice job!
